Spectator and Coach
Venue Setup Team (20)
We need many hands on deck to setup the platforms, admissions/lifter check-in, sponsor areas, weigh-in room, warmup room, scoring, IT and more. If you have any amount of time on Friday morning, we could use your help!
Technical Team (2-4)
You will assist our Technical Team Leader in setup and maintenance throughout the weekend. This is a great time to learn if you are interested in IT stuff and technical side of powerlifting meets.
Admissions Team (8-10)
We will need much help manning the various lifter check-in tables, and admissions tables.
Referee Team (15)
We need all levels of referees; State, National, Cat 1, Cat 2. Please sign up if you are available at any time over the weekend. Even if its few hours for weigh-ins or Drug Testing. Thank you!
Warmup Room Team (6)
This team will assist lifters with loading/unloading bars, keeping things orderly, monitoring attendance.
Hospitality Team (4)
This team will assist with coordinating food and drink for Volunteers.
Scoring Table Team (15)
You will be working the scoring table as manager (experience preferred) or expeditor. Expeditors take attempts from the lifters, and give to scoring manager to enter in computer. No experience necessary for expeditors.
Spotter/Loader Team (45 positions)
Enjoy getting a workout while you volunteer! We are offering volunteer slots for teams of 5 as well as individual signups. Teams of 5 will need at least one person willing to backspot. Teams of 5 that stay for multiple sessions will receive hotel compensation if needed. We will train you - no experience necessary.
Teardown Team (20)
This is all hands on deck to get everything packed and cleaned up.
Volunteers will be given a stipend per full session worked and free STAFF meet t-shirt. Each session will be roughly 5 hours. We have a hospitality room where we will have coffee, continental breakfast, snacks and beverages. You will get one meal per session.
